This is a picture I am especially proud
of. This is the many phases of the Lunar Eclipse that occurred on October 27, 2004 (one day after my birthday!)
I have altered this picture in an effort to truly capture the beauty of the moon. I took over 150 pictures of the eclipse
in it's many phases (until I fell asleep on my driveway) and these are the best!
This is how the Moon appeared around 10:30pm on April
23, 2005 as it passed through the constellation of Virgo. This was taken with my Nikon 5700 with the standard telephoto
zoom lens attached. The total zoom was 8x optical, 7x digital. I was not able to go to a complete max zoom.
This is the lowest (and closest) that I have ever seen the Moon to Earth.
Taken October 24, 2004 from my hotel room
on Clearwater Beach, Florida at sunrise.

This is the sunset as it appeared on November 6, 2004 on
Hernando Beach, Florida where one of my best friends married the love of his life! The colors represented are true.
This picture HAS NOT been altered.
I didn't have to go very far to find beauty. The Hibiscus
tree in my backyard remained untouched during the hurricanes.
You would be surprised at what you can find at a miniture
golf course! This only proves that you have to keep your eyes (and mind) open at all times to capture the beauty of
the moment.
Taken Christmas day 2004. We didn't get
snow in Florida, just rain. If done right, you can make anything look pretty!
